DPF Health Check
Firstly, we conduct an advanced troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostic before starting any cleaning processes to assess the condition and functionality of all components and sensors related to the DPF, ensuring that a comprehensive cleaning will resolve any problems. The differential pressure of the diesel particulate filter is measured and compared to ascertain if it is clogged and then cleaned as necessary.
DPF Cleaning & Flushing
A DPF cleaning solution is administered directly onto the DPF filter, allowed an adequate soaking time before starting the cleaning process. The vehicle is then started and held at a certain rpm, enabling the cleaning agent to penetrate the carbon blocking exhaust system. Following the DPF cleaner, a flush is injected into the DPF while the vehicle to neutralize the harsh chemical required.
DPF Regeneration & Analysis
A forced or manual regeneration is carried out to ensure the Diesel Particulate Filter functions correctly, allowing for the monitoring of real-time data. By comparing this new data with the previous data, the differential pressure is utilized to ascertain the effectiveness of the cleaning process.
